If you are not satisfied with any Optimised Energetics product you can return the product unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging for a refund at any time up to 30 days from the date you received it. If the item is returned because it is found to be faulty then a full refund will apply. If the item is returned for any other reason then the postage will be deducted from the refund.
If you wish to cancel your order in this way, you must confirm this by emailing us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will advise you on how to return the product to Optimised Energetics. Full contact details are on our Contact Us page.
Delivery Poilcy: Monday to Friday – all orders placed before 4pm are shipped the same day by Royal Mail 48 hour post. Weekends and Bank Holiday orders will be posted next working day.
